GETTING STARTED

You can begin your road to recovery with a confidential phone call to Williamsburg Place and The Farley Center at 1-800-582-6066 or contact us via e-mail. Our trained admission staff will collect essential information to help our Medical Director decide if Williamsburg Place and The Farley Center may be the best treatment option for you.

Anyone can make the initial call: a referral source, family member or patient. You will be asked various questions:

  • The patient's demographics - location, age, background
  • Insurance information
  • Referral source name and contact numbers
  • History of and current use of addictive substances
  • Preliminary medical overview, including list of current prescription drugs if any.
It is important to us that you receive the treatment which provides you with the most benefit--these initial questions will help us to make the best fit. Once the need for treatment at this level of care has been established, we will seek the approval of our Medical Director and find an opening for you. An admission date and time can be established, usually within a day or two.  If the fit isn't right, we'll point you in the right direction to help you get the treatment you or your loved one needs.

Referrals to Williamsburg Place are accepted from prospective and former patients, physicians, treatment programs, professional peer support groups, employers, court systems, clergy, EAP's and concerned co-workers and family members. The referral source is considered an important link to the patient's recovery and, when appropriate, will be considered part of the treatment team.
