Family Program DSCF3198.jpg

The critical element in sustained recovery is the family understanding addiction and the family illness of addiction.

Over the course of a long weekend each family member will have the opportunity to learn about the disease of addiction and codependency which includes enabling and relapse prevention.  Also, each family member will be able to develop new coping skills which promote self care and persoal growth.

Members of the family will get the opportunity to meet with our physicians, get information about what their significant other is experiencing, get answers to any questions they might have.

You will experience a group therapy session with other family members during which you will learn you are not alone.  You will also have the opportunity to experience a family session in which you and your partner, loved one, significant other will come together.  This session will promote the development of healthy boundaries, honest and open communication, and hope for ongoing recovery.
